This puppy is a 100% cotton, multifaceted bandana that I dyed in indigo using a shibori folding technique. Once you read all my uses for these, you will want 20 of them!
The “Memphis” measures 20 X 20 and I won’t lie, it’s may not be a perfect a square because I cut it by hand. It’s raw edged and hemmed by me. These are one of a kind and I doubt I could recreate this exact one even if I tried so if you like it, get it and be the only one in the world with it. It’s hand dyed so expect (and embrace!) color variations in places.
Why do you want a bandana???
Because these things are super handy! You can keep one in your purse or car or your joggers fanny pack as an emergency tissue, napkin, handkerchief, mini towel...the uses are endless. I like to take them on hikes - you can get them wet and wear them around your neck to keep you cool or wear them around your wrist to wipe your sweat. Take one to yoga and use it to cover your eyes in savasana. Take it on a plane to wipe off your nasty back of seat tray. Use it as a tourniquet in case of emergency! I may be veering off track now, but you can never be too prepared. Or too stylish!
